Introduction: I am a North Carolina board certified trademark specialist and a former USPTO trademark examining attorney with over 20 years experience representing clients of all sizes in issues relating to trademarks, copyrights, technology contracting, domain names and related licensing. Having worked in the United States Trademark Office, an IP boutique law firm, major corporate law firms, and one of the largest companies in the world, I have seen a breadth of issues, ranging from single trademark registrations for individuals to multi-million dollar software deals and large scale mergers and acquisitions. I recently opened my own firm with the goal of providing individuals and businesses of all sizes with the same quality of legal advice available to the largest of companies, with personal attention not available from a large firm.
