Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Tons of Weddings! We have a niche in the wedding market because we have a team of some incredible wedding DJs and Bands who do a lot of these. It's important to have an experienced entertainer do your weddings because it's so much more involved than any other event they play for. You need somebody who knows how to do a reception, emcee the announcements and manage the event for you. We ensure all of that!
We also book a lot of outdoor concerts, festivals and shows as well as provide our mobile staging and production services for many events.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do your research and get references on potential acts you may hire. Lowest price doesn't always equate to the best deal! I have heard way too many horror stories from clients who have called me in a panic because the act they booked direct cancelled on them at the last minute. OR they hired an act based on lowest price and got exactly what they paid for....a bad experience. Good entertainment is going to charge what the market is paying them. So, that is why bands and DJs can have such a wide range of price differences.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. That is doesn't cost more money to use an agency than booking direct. That is true in most cases, but there are a few bad eggs (agencies) out there who give us a bad name. We provide a service and get paid for that service, but not by you. The entertainer gladly pays us a small fee of what they would have quoted you do the event if you had called them yourself. They're happy to pay us that small fee because we go them work, took care the paperwork and deposit and made their life a little easier for both them and you.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. We simply need to know the date in mind, ideas you have for entertainment and a budget. We can run with your ideas and get you options that fit your needs and have you review those from our website.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Exceptional service, and invaluable expertise in both booking entertainment, putting on events and running Sound and Lighting. We are the only Turn-Key entertainment company in the Southeast.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. It changes and there is something new to work on every day. We are working with new clients on a daily basis and meeting with them to discuss future events, all the while planning for upcoming events we already have booked.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why work with an agency instead of booking entertainment direct? Answer: Piece of mind. If that act you book direct takes your deposit and cancels the date and doesn't send back your money what are you going to do? While that is going on, you still need entertainment for your event. We ensure you piece of mind because we only work with credible, professional acts. We require signed contracts, we hold the deposit until the event and if for some uncontrolled reason your entertainment cancels, we are here to jump in and get you taken care of immediately with a comparable replacement.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Find somewhere to do an internship while still in college. It is invaluable and in this industry, can be more valuable than your degree itself.
