Introduction: Hello! I am Grace Belk, owner of Graciebphotography. I am located in Charlotte NC, but traveling all over North Carolina to work with you. It is my goal to form long-lasting relationships with my clients! I don't just think about working with you for one session, but rather all the major life events that need celebrating in the future. I want you to feel as if you're talking with a friend, not just a photographer; a friend who knows you and wants to help capture all of the most important parts of your life! I could not have asked for a better experience with Grace. She was flexible the day of our session when my proposal plans didn't work out, she went above and beyond expectations to capture amazing photosere amazing, and the quality of photos were remarkable. Please save yourself the trouble of looking for other photographers and risking a bad experience and use Grace. Would 100% recommend to family and friends and will use Grace in the future

Gracie photographed our civil ceremony and was so responsive from the very beginning! I never felt like I was being scammed or swindled while communicating with her on Thumbtack. The process to book her was simple and straightforward. She was in constant communication with me a few days out and on the day of so I felt assured that she would show up. The day of, she introduced herself to me and my now husband, asked us some questions, and went right to work. She captured our moment and our family’s moments with us beautifully! Before she left, she told us what her next steps were going to be and delivered as she said she would. The pictures were absolutely stunning! She was working with very little natural lighting as it was a cloudy, sprinkly day and yet she was able to bring out the pops of color from the flowers, our attire, and foliage all around us so we popped against the grey. It was magical and we’re so grateful that she was able to capture such a special moment!

Grace genuinely calmed all our fears about taking pictures for the first time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I ask for a $50 deposit for 1 hour sessions & a $150 deposit for weddings. This deposit secures your date and is counted towards the full amount of the session or wedding!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the very first inquiry, I have a process that I run through with my clients to provide them with the best possible experience! This starts with a quick response back from me, to you! I don't want you to wait hours on end to hear back from me. You will receive a quick response, typically including my pricing and answering any questions you may have already included. From there I like to get a better idea of what you are looking for & to see if I am the right photographer for you! I collect a $50 deposit at booking and send you a contract! After that I check in as we get closer to your session and go over any last minute details!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different clients, and learn something new from each and every one of them! I photograph families, couples, individuals, weddings, etc! You are welcome here!
