I highly recommend Carlos and his team. He was able to come out to provide me with a quote the same day I initially contacted him. His team was punctual and did an incredible job on our yard (Including: Weeding out the flower beds, spreading several loads of mulch we had delivered, and spraying the weeds in the wet creek bed) I definitely will contact Hard Done Landscaping for future yard maintenance.

This was a terrible experience. I reached out to get an estimate and the response was are you free today or tomorrow. This was on a Monday. We agreed that the gentleman would meet me today, I called and sent a message and he never responded until late this evening, telling me that he would see me on Saturday as communicated. There was never any communication about a Saturday appointment. Then 10minutes later I receive a text message about a 7pm appointment on Tuesday which never was communicated. He never communicated to me via Thumbtack but once and ignored all messages. I am not sure what the issue is but consumers avoid this headache and find someone who is responsive, trustworthy, and reliable. In the end, this probably was a blessing in disguise as if I went through this much trouble just to get an estimate I cant imagine how the actual job would have went.
