Introduction: We have over twenty years experience training athletes and helping people lose weight. Our background is in Track And Field. We have trained numerous National Champions in the Sprints, Jumps, Hurdles, and Throws. We have also helped top Tennis, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Golf athletes reach their goals., Many of our adult clients have reached their athletic and weight loss goals. We have a small simple private gym that we work out of. You do not have to wait to use equipment, and class sizes are small so you get one on one attention. You do not have to pay for a gym membership, only the cost of service. If you are not serious about getting results please do not inquire. We will only work with a small number of clients who are serious. I enjoy seeing clients lose weight or reverse an illness and regain their life back! We are the best at what we do and we take pride in that.
