- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been very active since I was a kid and after high school became involved more in weight training and running. I've always been very social and like meeting new people so the two aspects work well together in this field. I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals as I like to see the changes in body composition and self esteem as clients become stronger, faster, leaner, and hopefully overall happier with their training end results.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common goals for my male clients are increase in muscle mass, increase in muscle strength, increase in cardiorespiratory endurance, and muscle definition. The most common goals for my female clients are weight loss, muscle definition, increase in cardiorespiratory endurance and reduce body fat.
