Weight loss, muscle toning, cardio health, or whatever the case may be, LxFit Personal Training can design a program specifically towards reaching your goals. Eighty percent of any good fitness program involves nutrition, so coaching you to a well-balanced diet is one of our main focuses. One-on-one or group sessions, whatever your preference, we will progress at a pace comfortable for you. I have been in the health and wellness industry going on over 5 years, and my passion for helping others continues to grow. We also have plans for youths, as childhood obesity is on the rise.

THE BEST PERSONAL TRAINER!!! If you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable and who will take the time with you and develop a workout that gets you the results that you are looking for!!! IT'S ROBERT. I'VE LOST 15 POUNDS IN 2 MONTHS AND TONING UP GREAT.

It's an amazing experience. Coach Rob is knowledgeable about the content area, he's fun & very inspirational. He's one of the BEST trainers I've ever had. He has also added 2 more days to my workout regimen b/c of my motivation & determination to become healthier & fit. Coach Rob Rocks!!

Coach Rob talked to me to find out my weaknesses and my goals. I was more out of shape than I thought however with his talent and patience I am more limber than ever, down 17lbs and am ready to work towards 17 more! I highly recommend Coach!
