The owner (Jorge) came out promptly to give an estimate and was very professional, insightul, and knowledgeable. He was able to deliver a contract and start the work quickly. The crew showed up on the day the work was supposed to begin and on-time. The crew was polite, personable, respectful, and also very knowledgeable. For each day of the project, they showed up when they said they would and worked very hard. There were several issues they ran into during the construction due to the way the house was built. The owner was very responsive in telling me about the issues and offering solutions. Even though the issues they encountered were not their fault, they took ownership of them and gave me the best possible advice and options with miniminal cost increase. These were complex problems such as bad electical wiring but they handled the construction and the issues in a timely manner. Overall, the job went very well only because of the Jorge and his crew. He was always available to talk, as well as always courteous, informative and helpful. There is nothing more important than trust when you're handing over thousands of dollars and have people working in your home. Jorge earned my trust and confidence. I will be using him again for a project in the upcoming weeks and would highly recommend his company.

My wife and I hired Jorge to resize our bar top and resurface our countertops. Not only did he do a great job on the job but he also recommended an outstanding backsplash that we went with and are very pleased. He and his associates were here when they said they would be and were very courteous and patient with us. I highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of home improvement done.

Seeing the need for true and honest contractors, drove me to pursue starting a small business that implements and maintains working relations with both internal and external clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure that if you hire anyone, that time schedules are established and that the contractor will pursue and oversee the project on a full time basis and not miss days of working on any project to work on someone else.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that customers were able to see the faces of my previous clients as I maintained daily communications with them, kept them aware of time schedules and was honest from inception to completion. The priceless feeling of knowing that when I walked away for any project, that the clients would be happy to have us over again to complete another project.
