Kennard Renovations completed a full tile walk in shower in my master bath. I then called them back to install wood floors in my entire house with new ceramic tile in my guest bathroom. The work they completed was outstanding! They are very professional and work diligently!

I was in a real pinch with needing to have my rental property repaired. The specific job was a large window in my town home. The original contractor went awal for 2 weeks and Kennard and his men picked up the window, scheduled quickly and sent pictures of the work as I am a out of town land lord it made me feel assured of the quality.
The property passed the Section 8 inspection no problem with the other fixings he has done.
