Derrick has provided catering for small and large meetings for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Association of Educators. He has helped plan the menu, waited patiently for my final numbers and responded in a timely manner if there was something I needed to change. He provides great customer service as well as on time delivery and set up. He made sure I was satisfied with the presentation and had everything I needed. He and his staff are also nice people.The food is outstanding! I have never tasted any wings as good as the smoked wings. You must try them. The pulled pork bbq is so good it does not need any added sauce and the smoked turkey breast is mouthwatering. Oh and don't forget to order his special lemonade for an event.
