Introduction: Chef Stan offers cooking classes, personal chef services and catering.
Cooking classes are instructed to teach cooking skills and techniques. We are experienced in vegetarian/vegan, French, Italian, Caribbean cuisine and more. We can teach you to prepare your own meals from scratch.
With the personal chef service, meals are prepared and stored in your refrigerator with directions and cooking times. We will shop for you,cook the meals in your home and clean up when done.
Gardner's Eden is a full service caterer. We specialize in customizing our menus to fit your particular occasion. We have our own unique menu items but are willing to do a favorite recipe of yours.
We prefer to use organic and local products when available. I have over 20 years of catering and over 10 years as a personal chef experience, along with a ServSafe sanitation certification.

As an owner of vacation and corporate rentals I have recommended Stan Gardner for catering to guests during their stay.
He works with the guests to create a personal meal or meals during their stay. I have received rave reviews on everything. His meals are tasteful, unique, and affordable. The guests appreciate the health conscience ways he prepares the meals and his presentation is always impeccable.
He personalizes the meals for each guest during their vacations from picnic type lunches during the summer to Thanksgiving and Christmas feasts during the holidays.
I would highly recommend Mr. Gardner as a personal chef for a small family gathering or a large party.
