- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Probably for over 10+ years, I've had friends and family try to push me to either open a restaurant or start a catering business. I was afraid, skeptical and unsure. Once I realized how happy being in the kitchen made me and how corporate america was no longer for me I decided to take a step out on faith and start my business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be, give me a chance to prove to you that I am indeed what you are looking for. My goal is to make sure you and everyone around is happy. I'm not here to overcharge and make your decision questionable. I am budget friendly and strive to make you comfortable and happy with your decision of choosing me to service your needs.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As many know cooking isn't the most easiest thing to do especially when trying to please people that may not know you. Its a challenge but a good one. I learn about different personalities and foods all the time. I am most the easy going, passionate and ambitious person you'll love to know!
