We offer residential meal delivery to people in the Charlotte area, that consists of a constantly rotating weekly menu of traditional, vegetarian, soups/salads and breakfast items. All meals are portion controlled for a man, woman or even family sized with complete nutritional breakdowns and allergens listed. Also offered are meal plans purchased in bulk as well as our signature "Build Your Meal/Contest Meal Prep", which allows users to create a dish consisting of perfectly portioned lean meats, complex carbs and a vegetable. We also cater luncheons/events for businesses in and around the Charlotte area.
