Shai has cooked for me many times in the past 6 months.
He catered.a very important dinner party and the food and presentation was amazing. our favorite is his tenderloin and veggies, especially roasted califlower. He is very flexible and was able to accommodate my daughter who does nor eat gluten.

Chef Shai was so great to work with. We are out of state and he was so accommodating. He came up with the most wonderful table side S'mores dessert for our family! He even was able to accommodate a little one with allergies! We would use him again in a heartbeat!

He was wonderful, polite, and his dessert was creative, very pretty. He worked w our allergy needs but it didn't compromise taste. Definitely recommend, totally worth it!

We hired Shai for a dinner for two. He accommodated all our needs and cooked a wonderful fully vegetarian meal for us. The food was great and had a lot of flavor. We will definitely be using him again.
