I recently did a job for a friend in college. It was a homework assignment for her to hire a graphic artist to form a graphic for her mock business. As quality is highly important in customer service, it is not the place of the professional to decide the quality of the work. The customer is always right, whether or not the work meets the standards of the professional or the customer.
