- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client pays a down-payment equaling 30% of the design services and they pay 100% of the hosting fees ($120) for one year - if they require hosting service. They pay the balance due upon completion. We accept check or Credit Card via PayPal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Knowledge First I want learn about your business and your expectations. You core business service offerings and key competitors in your area. 2. Layout & Design Website Once there is a better understanding of the business, the design work begins. Based on information provided, I create a design and send it to you for review. The design is worked on until you are 100% satisfied and love the way it looks! 3. Implementation Now that there is a final design after your review, I can begin building the actual website. The implementation step consists of creating the content management system, any additional features - photos, images etc and integrating the final design. This step is where the website comes to life and you can start using all the features. 4. Feedback: Now that the website is ready for your final feedback. If there is anything that needs tweaking I will make those changes before the site goes live. 5. Launch & Training The new site is ready to be shown to the world! In the launch and training step, the website is made live for customers to see. I provide required training (for a max 2 weeks) to learn how to use the new content management system so you can make simple changes to the website content (changing images, text etc) without knowledge of web coding and need professional assistance. This will save you money and keep your website updated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have Bachelor of Engineering degree and Web Development training including Web Design, Graphic Design and SEO.
