- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my services are set up and programmed into my personal laptop/computer through square and intuit so that clients can check out (cash,debit,credit) within a few seconds and recurve mobile receipts if they like. (some services may be punched in if my gift certificate amount is not set up for that particular client /visit)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contact Consultation and recommendations Appointment setting Provide service Quality and satisfaction overview of service Book next appointment Contact client two days later to assure her service is was great Thank the client for her business and look forward to next appointment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist in the state of NC I have years of extensive training from previous employers and continuing Ed classes
