I had a great experience with Mr. Handy. My shower was leaking, so I reached out and he was able to quickly give me a quote, which was a fair price. Prior to the service date, he reached out for pictures of the shower so that he could come prepared with the proper parts. On the day of, he showed up right on time and was professional and communicative the whole time. He explained exactly what he was doing and even showed me how to do the repair in case I ever need to in the future. I'll definitely be reaching out in the future when I need a plumber.
