FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly update my education in my field of interior design, interior merchandising, and home staging. This year alone I have logged over 300 hours of continuing education, and I have earned three new designations, and I am working on a fourth. My company, Carolina Spaces, LLC, is a double master home staging company! I must continue to learn and grow and keep offering my clients award-winning services to raise the bar of excellence in my industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I offer award-winning model home merchandising to builders. I provide new, high-end furniture and accessories to sellers taking their vacant properties from cold, to warm and inviting. I also stage with existing furnishings in lived-in homes. And I provide step-by-step instructions for DIY home staging. My interior design services include window treatments, and custom furniture design and upholstery.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not hire the cheapest home stager you can find! Home staging is portrayed on TV as a fun and glamourous job. Many home stagers out there are untrained and do this as a hobby working only for expenses. Do you want to throw away some money on staging that won't work? Or do you want to invest in a professional who will help bring you top dollar on the sale of your home? Contact me for nationwide assistance in locating a top professional home stager.
