Wow where do I start. I am going to take emotion out and just give you facts. Was supposed to be at my house at 9:00 got there at 10:17. Worked till 11:30 then took a 3 hr 12 min lunch I called them 3 times no answer texted twice no answer- finally after 3 hrs she texted back three work response Pay was suppose to be 139 when she got to my house raised to 200 We ended up not having her do any vaccuming or kitchen cabinets. That was the bulk of the work so we told her that since she didn't do that we would pay 150 she got upset and said we owed her 180. I ended up paying 170 to just get her finished and away from our house. No matter what she response back these are the facts and I have them all documented. I would never ever hire her again.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working by helping my mother, who also has a cleaning services company herself since I was 14. I started working by myself when I turned 18 and I love it. Of course my mother will always be my #1 mentor and has helped a lot to get to where I am today.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types. How you can see I clean from a single family home up to a whole building. So I am really used to anything the customer request.
