Introduction: Basic cleaning services include the following: * Bathrooms: tile walls, bathtubs, showers, vanities, sinks, mirrors, chrome fixtures, toilets, trash cans emptied, and floors vacuumed and mopped * Kitchen and eating areas: countertops and ranges, sinks and chrome fixtures, front of all appliances, front of cabinets, floors vacuumed and mopped, and trash cans emptied * Sleeping and living areas: cobwebs, dusting, ceiling fans (if reachable by extended duster), picture frames, lamps, floors vacuumed and mopped, and trash cans emptied We provide customized cleaning. Special and particular cleaning is also available upon request. Pricing is as follows: * 2-bedroom apartment up (maximum of 5 rooms) -- $75-$200 * single-story home (maximum of 7 rooms) -- $100-$325 * 2 stories and 3 bedrooms (maximum of 9 rooms) -- $150-$450 Biweekly cleaning prices are as follows: * 2-bedroom apartment up (maximum of 5 rooms) -- $60-$125 * single-story home (maximum of 7 rooms) $80-$150 * 2 stories and 3 bedrooms (maximum of 9 rooms) $100-$400 Additional charges are as follows: * Refrigerator and oven cleaning -- $30.00 * Dusting blinds -- $25 * Closets are organized per hourly charges.
