- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are negotiable, and will depend on the number of rooms being cleaned, and a discount will be given to weekly, or by-weekly cleaning jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will always educate myself in my area of expertise. How can one stay on top, if they don't stay abreast of new developments? It is one thing to say "if it isn't broke don't fix it," however, it is another thing to say, it's not broke, but how can I do this better or more efficiently.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get in this line of work, because I was looking to supplement my income and thought to myself, what better way than to do what I already do well. I set high standards when it comes to cleaning, therefore, I know I am and will be good at it. Even when something looks clean, I can see where it can be a little cleaner.
