FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I'm new to the area, I'm still currently feeling out the market. Typically I run hourly, monthly, and package rates for sessions. If you're super intrigued about getting coaching for your career, business, or life -- contact me on Thumbtack with a message so we can discuss it in more detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with every one of my new clients for 30 minutes prior to any commitment. The purpose of this meeting is to Discover & Fit. What that means is -- I know that in life some people click and some don't. When we work together, I want to make sure I'm a great fit for what you need so we take this time to figure out if we'll work. Second purpose of this meeting is to figure out what you want out of this coaching engagement. While I'm signing up to be your coach, coaching will only work if you lay out the foundation for what you want. Sometimes that means digging deeper and discovering what you want together -- and that's totally fine! Lastly, if you feel confident that career, business, or life coaching with me is still what you want, we take the last few minutes to review the coaching agreement, schedule in some sessions, and talk about what the next few months will look like!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in a Career Services Office for 2 years prior to becoming a Career Coach gave me extensive insight into strategy for career, business, & life, as well as the skills to read people easily. Once I got accepted into a Masters' program for Organizational Development and Executive Coaching, the rest was history! My time pro-bono coaching and consulting, as well as professional career coaching for 4 more years has given me years of gratitude for watching my clients reach their goals and get what they went after. Can't wait to help you on your way!
