Each service starts out with a consultation to find out what out client hopes to achieve from the massage. There will be draping for the entire massage per North Carolina law.
Our services include:
*Deep Tissue- Firm pressure designed to release tension, stress and fatigue.
*Swedish- Light to medium pressure combined with your choice of aromatherapy oils.
*Sports Massage- Involves stretching and manipulation combined with deep tissue massage.
*Hot Stone Therapy-Starts out with a massage then hot stones are incorporated to relax muscles, easing tension and helping with circulation.
*Reflexology-This is the Eastern science of wellness and health balance. Using the thumbs at reflex points in the hands,feet and ears.
*Couples Massage- This is for partners, best friends, or mother-daughter to help relax and indulge through the use of therapeutic massage.
*Pre-Natal- This service is offered after the first trimester.
