Massage involves acting on and manipulating the body with pressure, structured or unstructured, stationary or moving, tension, motion, or vibration, done manually or with mechanical aids. Target tissues may include muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints, or other connective tissue, as well as lymphatic vessels, or organs of the gastrointestinal system. Massage can be applied with the hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearm, and feet.
In professional settings, massage involves the client being treated while lying on a massage table or lying on pillows on the floor.
The massage subject may be fully or partly unclothed. Parts of the body may be covered with towels or sheets.
Massage feels good and it helps to relax the mind, body, and spirit, promote better sleep, blood circulation, and many more benefits.
In the massage session, the muscles are allowed to relax in my hands and the waves of my energy will pass through, removing the negative energies, congestion, tightness, strain, aches and pains.
This may be an unknown emotion for the client at first, but I will ask the client to inhale and exhale slowly several times until they relax.
At the beginning of a full body massage, I will ask of the client to undress down to their comfort level. I will have the client face down with face in the rest, under a sheet, as I will expose only the areas of which I am massaging at that time. I will proceed to rub down the center of the back and up the slated sides of the client's waist in order to pull all of the energy from your conscious spirit, and the clients' journey towards their physical and mental state of mind goes into relaxation.
The energy that I replace within will be of joy, of healing, of letting go, of serenity, of peace, and of relaxation.
I offer out-call massage sessions at upscale and high-end properties.
I do not offer mutual touching, nor any sexual expectations, which are too easy. I don't offer quick fixes. It's about longevity and becoming connected to a more energized and focused you.
