Introduction: Hi, this is Mark, owner of Power Movers, and what makes my company great is that I have very affordable rates.
I only charge $50 an hour with a 2-hour minimum service, and I also have a small traveling fee. I also have three big trucks. All of my trucks are 26 ft. box trucks. They hold up to eight bedrooms.

Absolutely horrible. They said they would be at my apartment at 11am. At 9am they called and wanted to come at 10am instead an hour early so we agreed. 11am rolled around and still nothing so we called them and they claimed to have truck problems. Stated they will be at apartment at 2pm. 2pm came and said they were on their way. 3:30 came and said they were stuck in traffic. 4:30 came and owner Mark stated he was off on another job but is sending 2 people over. They finally showed up at 5:30pm 6 1/2 hours late. Because of this we hit a freezing rain storm and they moved my items and left half of my stuff sitting in the freezing rain out side of the moving truck while they organized. Took them over 3 hours to move a tiny little 1 bedroom apartment that had no living room furniture at all. They broke my dresser, poking a hole through the back of it and broke a $250 bookshelf, split the wood at the top and screws were yanked through the wood. These guys are a serious joke. Because they were late I had to pay $116 for extra day with moving truck and $55 for a night at a hotel. If you value your time, money, and items. These are the last guys you want to deal with.

We were working on a tight schedule. Showed up 3 hours late. Broke a ton of stuff. At one point I saw them toss my belongings off the second floor. When we reached the destination, had the audacity to ask us to help them move the stuff and still pay them. Cherry to the cake? Some of my belongings (liquor bottles and then some) were stolen during the move! Do yourself a favour and pay more but don't hire these guys!
