- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We'll I got laid off my job had no income coming in so one day my brother Inlaw call me ask did I want to go to work and that he'll pay me cash once we done. So we went on this Moving Job I didn't know nothing about moving but I knew I can lift just about anything over 80 pounds.So we started working man I didn't know that it took skills to handle furniture going up and down stairs, around corners, my brother Inlaw taught me as we went along, he said bruh see everybody not a mover just cause they can lift furniture it takes skills and patients and that you have to treat Customers belongings as if it was your own.Anyway at the end of the day we had got 3 tips and the customers thank us for doing a wonderful job. So I went in a couple more jobs with him I was impress with the customers reactions to the services we were providing and yes the money. So I venture out on my own since I master the trade and I put my own little twist to it to making it a competition to be the best the fastest the most talk about and most important The Customers Great Reviews.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There was this one job when a customer requested services, we show up and there was no truck. So I knock on the door a disable white older woman answer the door we greeted each other. Come to find this wasn't a Moving job at all she ask could we clean out her garage and organize it and would it be a problem I told her no ma'am that's what Tyson Moving Services is here for Customers needs and wants long story short when done it was payment time she had already paid for two hours of services we worked for 5 hours she ask how muchdo I owe you for the hours over I told her nothing cause I had already inform my crew I wasn't charging her for overage that this will be a good deed, but she said no how much I owe I told her its OK nothing , she said i want to pay you I believe an paying for hard work you guys deserve it, so she wrote a check and then ask could we come back tomorrow and could I bring one more guy to help do something's around house she was so impressed with our services Such a nice lady.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That I'm a hard worker and that I will go beyond the call of duty to provide 100% Customer Service no matter. I have a wife and 4 kids so we can relate to almost to anything, we have seen the good and bad.
