- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our layouts and pricing are dictated simply by the plaque size, and the particular layout. The more gold or platinum records involved to make it, the more the cost goes up. But in the end, the reward is seeing the finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always researching the internet and staying up on the most effective ways to, not only run my business's...but ways to give me insight on delivering the best service possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this music industry as a well respected Mix DJ, and enrolled in the Arts Institute of Atlanta. There my journey began, as I went on to work for MCA, Arista and RCA Records. As a result of the dedication and excellence I displayed, BMG Distribution came calling to offer me a job as a (FMR) - Field Marketing Representative in the Carolina's...and the rest is history.
