Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. All individuals should first confirm that meticulous background, drug screening, and credit checks are performed on every staff member. Do not hesitate to request a copy, as that old saying goes cross your t's and dot your i's! It is extremely important that when our staff members provide in home consultations to our client's that the client's know that we also welcome any questions that they may have, as it is equally as important for them to consult with us as well! Make sure that you feel very comfortable talking with your service provider and that you get the exact answers that you are looking for in a potential service provider.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. When looking for a service provider that provides assistance with household tasks and childcare, ensure that your service provider has current certification, applicable license(s), and is a legally registered business in accordance to the law. Of course, the business should be licensed within their county/state and operate accordingly. Don't hesitate to ask to see documentation i.e, license(s), certification, and applicable insurance documents. Remember, you are a paying customer and that business has to earn your business you should never pay for something that does not meet your standards!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
