Satisfaction of making people smile. A lot of times we all take for granted our profession. I never get tired of complements or simply changing someones point of view for the better.

Talk in person. If not face to face, at least voice to voice. Words on a page or screen can be deceiving.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
