- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my pricing is reasonable based on both my level of knowledge and the time I commit to you. For each session I not only create a customizable workout for you, but I also keep track of your exercises each week to see your progress over time. I currently don't give a discount or sell packages, but rather go month to month with sessions and payment for that month. I do offer a referral incentive if you refer someone and they stay with me for at least three months :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I train someone, I do an assessment for about 45-60min. In that assessment we will meet in person to chat, go over your posture and movement patterns, thus making it a mini workout. This is also when we can make sure we are a good fit for each other, which is very important :) Once the assessment is complete, I can then create a warmup and workout that is customized for YOU!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. In addition, I have certifications in Yoga (500Hr), Yogasculpt, TRX and even Kids' Yoga.
