Introduction: I am one of the trainers for Innergyworks, though my journey began at the age of 7, working out at the gym with my dad. I did and do continue to train myself and my clients because it is what I love to do.
I have always had a passion for the gym and outdoor sports. So, I saw it fit (no pun intended) to put two and two together, bringing my love for working out and combining it with my love of helping others.
