- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very competitive rates for the high quality services that we provide. Everyone pays the same price. We never reduce or increase my prices to obtain clients. However, since I am a veteran and student, I give a 10% discount to students and military personnel (active or retired). Our special are viewable on the website. We will always let you know when we have a special rate for a particular service to keep your cost down. Payment plan options are always available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start from scratch by correcting any inefficiencies with your posture, balance, flexibility and core strength, if that's what you need. All new clients are required to have a consultation and an assessment with fitness test. This includes a Par-Q and Release and Waiver forms.
