Introduction: I am an ACE certified personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning specialist with NSCA and a registered physical therapist. I like to take what I know about functional anatomy and apply it to your training. I am well-versed in a broad range of exercise programming which allows me to customize your sessions and keep them goal oriented, yet diverse and challenging. I enjoy educating my clients on exercise execution and progression with the goal of promoting independence in their exercise routine. I really enjoy training, and it is my goal to provide clients with a love for training and a place for exercise in their busy lives.
