My experience with Amanda was amazing. She is a consummate professional, loving mother, and just a sweet spirit to be around, not to include the fact that her prices are amazing and extremely affordable! She not only took beautiful pictures but she made me feel just as beautiful! Not only did she shot professional head shots for my professional portfolio and created amazing photoed business cards for me... but because of her delicious services, I hired her again to take pictures at my daughter's fourth birthday party that turned out amazing. I would recommend Amanda Goforth Photography to other families because she makes you and your family feel very comfortable and we could laugh and be ourselves which made for great shots. She is also very professional; she was very responsive, had plenty of referenced and samples, and the follow up was amazing. Amanda also has a lot of experience, I learned that she's been doing this for 10+ years so she had a lot of good ideas that we would have never thought of but she weaved them into our style and never forced anything on us. She gets a solid 10 out of 10 no question and she won't charge you an arm and a leg.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to either speak on the phone or email with the client to get a sense of what they are looking to accomplish with their shoot and final images. Once we have decided on a date, time and location I will provide some tips on how to prep for your photo session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my formal training in high school...some years ago... and continued through college. I have a BA in Photography and Digital Art. Of course I try to stay up to date on new techniques, technology and gear.
