- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically based on the time and complexity of the shoot. I generally don't give discounts unless it's a group rate or for repeat clients. I do offer mini-sessions twice a month at a discounted rate. This is a great opportunity for those who need a quick professional headshot for LinkedIn or other websites.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients can expect a 20-30 minute phone consultation that will cover everything from the type of photography, style, location and budget that goes into creating the perfect shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 2-year technical degree in Commercial Photography and a 4-year Bachelor degree in Fine Art. I've been shooting professionally (full-time) for almost 10 years.
