- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always keeping up to date with the newest technology and software and camera gear. I have a library of photography books that just continues to grow.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's honestly in my blood (mom, dad, grandparents & a dozen & 1/2 aunts, uncles and cousins ALL photographers). I used to follow my mom around while in the mountains when she was taking shots with her old school (film, yeah, it's such a thing of the past now sadly) Canon. I always found it so fascinating and took it up myself. I've traveled all over the world photographing amazing places and thought about trying weddings. Took my first wedding for $150, they loved their photos and started recommending me to their friends and it over the years it blossomed into this amazing career!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the last 6+ years I've focused mostly on weddings and wedding related shoots (bridal & engagement) but recently I've taken up children, family & maternity photography as well!
