  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Ensure that you know who is working on and replacing your equipment. They should make sure that they are pulling a permit. They should require that the company has a HVAC license and is fulling insured and bonded. These things seem like they would be obvious, but many companies do not follow these practices.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I believe in giving the customer's choices about their replacement options. My job is to be a buying assistant to them so that they can make the most educated decision what equipment is the best for them. I am not a pressure sales person, I like to sleep at night and I am always willing to allow the customer to sleep on such a large home purchase.
