- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on the job or repair that you need. Some plumbers do over the phone pricing. That could cost you more money in the long run. We want to see the repair or job and give you a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to come out and meet with you. See the job and let you see who you are hiring to be at your house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a back ground that goes back 30 years. We take plumbing classes every year to stay up to date on the news of codes and the product that we install.
