LeKisha is a very Professional Realtor and provides great service to her clients. I've been very happy with the service she's provided to me and my family in regards to purchasing a home and managing another property. She's very responsive with phone calls, email or text and is very thorough. I've known LeKisha for a very long time and I always knew that when it was time for me to purchase a home she would be the one to use. She helped pick a Mortgage Company and help to facilitate any issues that arose during the process. In regards to the managed property, LeKisha is very thorough with processing credit and rental history, researching prior residences of tenants, cleanliness of your property, fixing any maintenance issues or having the tenants fix any outside issues to meet current standards of the neighborhood. LeKisha is highly recommended!! I myself have referred several friends and family members to her because as she says her service measures up. LeKisha will take care of you and your family.

We live in California and have a property in NC that needed to be rented out. We searched on line for a property management company and came across Metric Realty. We came upon Le'Kisha Stevenson and after initially speaking with her, we knew she knew what she was talking about. My husband "interviewed" her and then I did as well. Our property was rented after some professional suggestions from Le'Kisha. Le'Kisha and her professional team handled everything. In fact, we are so happy that we have Metric Realty handle any and all issues with our tenants that may arise. Phyllis Locklear is another person worth mentioning. She made sure our rental $ gets deposited on time every month and that the monthly statement is emailed to us in a timely matter. This has given us peace of mind and alleviated almost all of the stress of renting out a property from across the country. We are sure that all of our future rentals will be handled by Metric Realty. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We received a call from an owner in November 2012 whose property had been cited with two pages of violations from the city. The sad part is, this owner lived out of state and had no idea, it was being managed by a Property Management company and had been vacant for over 90 days. We facilitated the repairs which were approx $13K, met with the city inspector to clear the violations and are happy to announce a happy tenant moved in this property in February 2013.
