- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For sellers, our fees are based on what our firm charges, we do not set these rates. With Allen Tate and me at your service, you can't go wrong.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a phone conversation and then I like to meet for coffee to get an idea of what they are looking for in an agent, what they are looking for in a property, what their goals are and how I can help them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
YES, we need to take continuing education every year. I am always trying to stay updated outside the classroom as well. There is really so much more to real estate then most people would think.
