New Roof was very quick to respond and give an estimate. Very thorough explaining the repair. Communication was great. Work was done promptly and the repairs looks great. They even fixed a couple things that were not part of the original request. I would highly recommend if you need roof work.

Depending on the season, or how busy the contractor is, the price may have some play to it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we provide a on site inspection. After the assessment, we provide the client with a repair quote on site, a full roof replacement quote or lastly a option to file for storm damages.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have working with Owen Corning on product training/installation. We are also actively in rolled into a roofing business school.
