- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have worked as an immigration paralegal for 10 years and with me you get the quality of work and professionalism of an attorney but only for a fraction of the cost. All my cases have been approved by USCIS and my customers are very happy. I also do translations and absolute divorces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client accepts my quote. We schedule a conference to discuss the case further and to retain my services. I ask for half of the amount quoted as down payment to begin work and the other half is paid in monthly installments, however balance must be paid in full before I submit the package to USCIS or NVC.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a paralegal degree and I am member of the National Honors Paralegal Association.
