What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer my services at three package levels: Essentials Plus Advanced All packages are offered at a flat monthly rate!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will likely have a clean-up period. The client provides bank statements and I perform a reconciliation for the period - this catches the books up to present. If any prior year taxes need to be filed or amended, the returns are also prepared. After the clean-up period, which usually takes a few weeks, my monthly services kick in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Appalachian State University. I'm a CPA and Quickbooks Proadvisor.
