FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First: A complimentary phone or email consultation to determine your vacation style, your available budget and your wish list. Things to consider will be your desired location, preferred activities and the amenities that are important to you. Second: I will prepare a travel package which meets your wishes and is unique to you. You'll review the details and let me know if you'd like to modify your travel package in any way. If modifications are made, I'll present the updated package for your approval. Third: Once everything is decided, I will take care of all reservations and will send your confirmations via email and postal service. I will assist you not only before your trip, but also, during and after your trip. My job is to handle the myriad of small and large details that any romantic escape involves, leaving you to relax and enjoy time together on your special vacation.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's important to work with a travel agent that is certified. Ask if he or she is a member of ARC, ASTA or IATA. These are reputable organizations and your travel agent should have these credentials.
