All Dry came quickly to our home helping with our major water leak between the upstairs tub and kitchen ceiling below. If you ever need a professional, customer friendly, skilled service, call All Dry. Michael, Joseph and Stephon came over four days checking meter numbers dryness, mold prevention, industrial fans, effeciently and timely. I have their business cards closs by if ever we need All Dry services again. Best Ever!

We had a fantastic experience with All Dry Services! Response to our request for help was fast and efficient! Bill Cox came out and explained the problem easily and thoroughly. He scheduled the work for quick repair. The team of Michael Griffin, JosephYbarra, Christian, and Stephenson worked diligently and professionally to remove, repair and reinstall the baseboards. They responded exceptionally well to my specific requests and did an excellent job. You would never know we had had any problem. They were friendly, competent, and especially prompt throughout all phases of the job! We could not have asked for better service! Thank you to the entire team. We could not have been better served,

What can I say.. I called frantic and they came out the very next day to access the bathroom ceiling. They were quick and thorough with the work. Very professional as they walked me through the the process. If I have any issues in the future, I will def reach out again. I highly recommend them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections! We only able to provide estimates after accessing the project as every project is unique. 10% Discounts for Military, Veterans, and Seniors (65+)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an inquiry is made, we contact the customer promptly to obtain any additional information needed and schedule an on-site visit. Once on-site, we inspect the situation, make recommendations and prepare an estimate for the customer. They then decide how they would like to proceed. We respect the wishes of the customer and always do what is best for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are IICRC Water Remediation Technician (WRT) certified. Each lead has several years experience dealing with water damage and mold remediation.
