Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We commonly focus on marketing our website design and development services along with our recent addition of web video production. Search engine optimization soon follows as customers want their business and their website to be seen and found.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Compare apples to apples as well as ask for references when dealing with the provider before the project begins, during project development and after the project launches. Responsive customer support, in our industry, is a must and the providers references should have no issues answering the question, "How responsive are they to your needs and requests?"
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. The work we provide is custom from the ground up for each project, no matter the size. Potential customers and current customers enjoy the fact they are getting a higher quality website, web video or application at a fraction of the cost, when compared to most of our competition.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The ability to learn how other businesses operate and how the individuals behind each business keep evolving and are eager to grow and understand the web... I like to educate them, so they can make the right decision.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much do you charge for a website? My answer, more frequently than not, is that every project truly is different. No business owner is the same, even in the same field. We all have our own ideas and those ideas come out when discussing a website, so the price of the website depends on the ideas needing to be implemented/developed.
