Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The majority of our work is website design and development. We also render a lot of illustrations for logos, marketing materials, product packaging and posters. In addition we design quite a lot of print-based marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, ads and vehicle wraps.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You may have an idea of what you want or need, based on what your competition may be doing, but don't let that hold you back. Our objective is to help you excel past your competition. Together we'll look into what your goals, objectives are and what you wish to accomplish. We want to know who you are, what your business is about, what makes your product and service better than your competition... then design the right marketing materials to reflect your business and quality of services and goods. We'll also help you craft the right message to target your markets. Our goal is to exceed your best expectations.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Creative graphic design can help get your notice, but a clear and informative message that speaks about your products, quality of service and values are just as important. Take a moment to write a list of everything you know about your business. Why someone should choose you and why your services are better than your competition. Then take this list and compare it to your present marketing materials and website. Is your message being told?

We can help you craft the right message to win over your audience and tell them - they made the right choice with your business.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Do you have a portfolio so I can review your work? Can you provide any references? How long have you been in business? Have you ever designed something on a budget that you'd be ashamed to have your name on or do you put your best effort forward on ever project, regardless of budget? Do you love your job?

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Hum... that's a tough one. I really dig taking an idea and bringing it to life visually with design and illustrations. But I also really dig taking information (like a client's website message) and making it work hard to deliver the message in multiples ways, to reach as many markets as possible. I also enjoy taking a project the extra mile, making it exceed the client's expectations and seeing their reaction when the project is delivered. There really isn't one thing I like most about my job... I love every aspect of my job.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I love art and all things creative... whether it's a sketch, a painting, vector art, photography or literature. I'm also a color junkie and will stop for every beautiful sunset, rainbow, changing of the leaves, or a little blue tailed lizard hanging out on my front porch. I really dig figuring out how things work and how to make them better and I have a deep thirst to learn and better myself. With that said, I couldn't think of a job I'm better suited for... everyday is a creative, blast of imagination, color and wonder.
