Nothing complicated. We agree on the value and stick with it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin with a thorough conversation in which we outline the specific expectations. From this conversation, I develop a detailed proposal with budget, timeline and deliverable items. There is no charge for any of this upfront work. Only when the client is satisfied that the work is well defined do we move to a letter of agreement and start the clock ticking.
