- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First session is a free consultation. Sessions thereafter are $40/ 1-hour session with a preferred 3-month commitment so there's time for exploring a very personalized approach, seeing results, and revising plans for best outcomes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with clients virtually, once per week with a follow up text and/or short call outside of our scheduled meeting. I communicate in writing as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I also have a Master of Science in Psychology.
